Jonila enjoys a background of combined experiences in Media and Bank. Her career starts with account management at Marketing agencies and proceeds with more than 15 years as Manager of Marketing. She has been part of several volunteering, dating back at teen age, and kept on with many personal contributions, as well as fundraising activities. Leading for Social Responsibility comes natural to her. She strongly believes that the ‘golden’ key to have a better society is to empower the individual with education and knowledge, especially women.
Claire has held various global and regional head of Marketing roles at luxury brands like Jimmy Choo, and consulted for established beauty brands, various start-ups and agencies across the UK, Italy and Germany.

Ambassador Dritan TOLA studied literature and law and followed various postgraduate studies in Europe.
He has worked for the European Union (European Commission and European External Action Service of the EU), where he held different functions as Political Adviser and was in charge of political, European integration and other European and regional developments issues. He was also responsible for European programmes in the fields of development, democratisation, human rights and civil society, media and culture, public administration, environment, etc.
In 2013, he took up his duties as Ambassador of the Republic of Albania to France (resident) and to Monaco (non-resident), as well as Representative of Albania to the International Organisation of La Francophonie (OIF). Since 2015, he is also Ambassador of Albania (non-resident) to Portugal.
Ambassador Tola has been chairman and/or member of steering committees of various international organisms and programmes in the fields of development and democratisation, such as the development programmes of the UNDP (UN) and the World Bank, of the Open Society Foundation, the Albanian Academy of Political Studies, the European Regional Environment Centre, etc. He is a founding member of “Lions Club Albania” and “Retromobile Club Albania”. He is also a member of the Cercle de l’Union Interalliée in Paris, and, since 2016, member of the Board of Directors of Schiller International University/Paris Campus.
Bisej is an assistant lecturer and head of the unit of internal quality assurance at Polis University. She has held the position of Head of Cabinet and advisor to the Minister at the Ministry of education, sports and youth. She is a master of science graduated in Security Studies and International Relations at European University of Tirana, and a bachelor graduated in International Relations. Her research in the Msc. thesis was focused on the Discourse of Politic Islam.
She has been part of different national and international projects such as conferences, Tempus projects, and civil society organizations projects focused on gender balance, human rights. Her current field of research is focused on identity, ideas, ideologies, discourse analysis, visual analysis of public sphere, aesthetics, etc.
Jurgen has studied Business Administration and International Development in Canada. He is a passionate marketing professional confident in leading teams and delivering end-to-end marketing and communication strategies with high expectations. He loves to champion brilliant marketing ideas and thrives within creative environments. His goal is not to live forever, it is to create something that will.
Adea left Albania to study law in France in 1999. She was admitted at the Paris bar in 2007 and is practicing law in a French leading firm since many years. She had the chance to get a scholarship from Foundation Robert Schuman for the 4 years of university and always had the desire to give something back to Albania.
Adea wants to help women to reach their full potential by breaking down barriers to progression, and this starts with education. She believes that having more educated women, at all levels, including the top, will change attitudes and beliefs and will bring ultimately positive change.
