Our mission is to empower young women and their communities through access to quality education so that they can transform their lives and create the future they imagine. We see the dignity of every human being as the basis for their human rights and freedom at each stage of their lives. Each person has the right to be respected and empowered to make informed decisions about their own lives and to give that same respect to those around them. Our support consists of:

  • scholarships (domestic and international) to allow young women to access graduate and postgraduate studies;
  • training and work placement opportunities in state and private institutions for young women with excellent academic achievements;
  • developing training programs to promote the foundation and raise awareness for the importance of education among young women, their families and public opinion;
  • any form of social, legal, economic, and cultural consultancy related to the integration of young women into the educational system in Albania;
  • raising funds and developing financial strategies through the foundation with the aim to generate revenue that will serve to increase the number of scholarships to be offered to help as many young women as possible;
  • collaboration with the Albanian government, its agencies and institutions, and local governments, private universities, businesses, small and medium-sized enterprises, other governments, international organisations, centres and donors, civil society and individuals.
